Fall Drive & The Copper Dock

Meet at 11:45am and Depart at Noon from Edgewood Golf Course in Big Bend. We will stop at 1:30pm for restrooms and refreshments with arrival at Copper Dock at 3:30pm. Minimum 55 people with limited menu. Please select your entree from the list below.
Hard to believe we are in the final stages of preparation for drive #21 of our 24-drive season. With only two meetings to go before 10/10, it’s time to reserve your spot for the FALL DRIVE and COPPER DOCK Supper Club. Fifty-five members are on the list, max is fifty-five.
As we discussed at our last meeting, now is the time for your $20 per person deposit to assure your spot for dinner. Your $20 deposit per person will be returned to you when you arrive at the Copper Dock. The person collecting, and returning, your deposit is Scott Burkhardt. Scott will be available at our 8/18 & 9/16 meetings, or you can reach Scott at 262-420-8518 or e-mail at: scooterb102@yahoo.com.
NOTE: Members who have not made their deposit by 9/16 will be removed from the dinner reservation sign-up sheet.
To be fair to all our members there is a waiting list, and Copper Dock is interested in filling the reservation. Members on the waiting list will be contacted as soon as openings become available.
AND THERE’S MORE, WHAT ABOUT DINNER !!
When you meet with Scott, please be prepared to select your dinner. Dinner selections also need to be in no later than 9/16.
Dinner payments at Copper Dock will be made directly to your waitress or waiter (not to Scott).
The dinner selections are as follows:
- Queen Filet – $57
- Chicken Cordon Blue – $44
- Pan Seared Walleye – $42
- Seafood Casserole – $52
- Beef Stroganoff – $42
- Full Rack of Ribs – $44
All entrees will be served with the house salad with their homemade lemon vinaigrette. All entrees will also come with a side of mashed potato. In the past desserts have been available, at an additional charge, I haven’t worked out that detail. Dinners will be paid to your waitress or waiter. To make their jobs easier, CASH would be greatly appreciated.
When you arrive at the Coper Dock, Scott will hand you an envelope with your deposit AND meal ticket(s) corresponding to your dinner selection(s).
The FALL Drive is always fun, one of the last chances to drive in a group. Yes – This is a rain or shine event.
